Kasib Abdullah, Executive Director
Growing up in Newark, NJ in the 60s and 70s, Kasib has developed a knack for communicating with members of various backgrounds within a community in order to increase the sustainability and bring dignity back to the people. At a young age, Kasib became an entrepreneur, always incorporating the people around him, and has been involved in a number of business endeavors throughout his life. Upon moving to Durham, he dedicated his life to improving his new community through awareness and respect. He quickly became involved with New Visions of Africa and thus a key member in establishing BUFP. Since the incorporation of BUFP, Kasib has worked diligently to increase the sustainability of the HAYTI community.

The Believers United for Progress Board of Directors has been entrusted with and is accountable for governing, directing, and overseeing the management of the business and affairs of the organization. Each of our Board Members has been carefully selected for their abilities.
